Waterlefe has to be one of the most beautiful gated communities in Bradenton Florida.  Located on the east side of Bradenton, east of I 75, this breath taking community  has everything anyone would want.  Golfing, fitness center, country club, and much more.

Waterlefe consists of a combination of single family homes, condos and townhomes.  No matter which style of home you decide to purchase, they are all top of the line.  Waterlefe is for the successful executive as it is rather pricey to live there, but if you can afford it, it is worth every penny.

As I was driving through the neighborhood after leaving one of our listings I was showing, I was stopped by one of the neighbors who was riding his bike.  We chatted for a while and I realized this is a friendly neighborhood where the neighbors stop and  talk to one another.  I remembered this in my childhood neighborhood and realized I miss that and what a joy to see it is still around in Waterlefe.

I just received this question from a reader and thought I would pass it along since I do get this question often.

What does the home owners insurance cost??

The insurance will depend on the house. How much it is worth and how much you want to insure it for. In Braden Castle you will also need flood insurance. I would suggest to contact your insurance company and give them the address of the house you are interested in. They will be able to tell you exactly what the cost would be for that particular home.
