Those working in St Petersburg, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Bradenton and Sarasota will find this an easy commute.  A playground was the only amenity we found when we toured this community.  This keeps your HOA dues lower so it will make it a bit more feasible for you to afford a home in Parkside.
