		<description>Nice article. After walking through a number of houses I was surprised at the number of people who didn&#039;t take the time to clean. They generally knew a day in advance what time we were coming. The worst was a lady that was taking a bath and told her kids to just let us in. The place was a disaster and we couldn&#039;t get out of there soon enough!

I&#039;m also surprised at the number of short sales and bank-owned homes that are a total mess. Yeah, you&#039;re getting a good deal as a buyer, but I&#039;ll be the banks could get more money if they just hired a maid service to go clean the place out.</description>
