Snead Island in Palmetto Florida

Enjoy the tour of Snead Island in Palmetto Florida, even though it is a small island it has a lot to offer. The Bradenton Yacht Club is a great place to store your boat and enjoy the company of other boaters. It is a private club so you will have to go through the application process before you can enjoy this club.

The homes on the island are wonderful, I have added them to the tour because they are just so cool. They remind me of Key West and all Florida has to offer.

Emerson Point is a great place to go just to get away and unwind. Great walking paths, lots of history and perfect views of the sunsets.

Heritage Bay in Palmetto Florida

Heritage Bay is this lovely neighborhood tucked away on Snead Island in Palmetto Florida. If you didn’t know it was there, you would never realize what a jewel of a quaint neighborhood that resides on Snead Island. Once you enter the neighborhood you get the feel of true Florida. Key West style homes are the theme in this tropical neighborhood. They have a tennis court and a swimming pool for community amenities. I have always found this charming neighborhood to be one of my favorites.

Heritage Bay is close to Bradenton, Tampa, St Petersburg so commuting would not be a problem. If you would like further information on Heritage Bay, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.
