Ms. Reynolds is knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, and professional. We have been working together since March 2014, I’d view a house on line and contact Linda and we’d meet to visit house. There were those that offers were made on and rejected or was out bid. Then there was the “one” Linda was out ill and her associate showed me this property. Three months later I contacted Linda and advised her to make an offer. She didn’t question it, just looked at me when we met at the property to take care of paperwork. Finally we I explained how I had come to see the property. She agreed this was the “one” for me. As we go through the process of never ending paperwork, she is there to offer assistance.

I can’t recommend Linda enough. We were looking to sell and also buy a home. She listed our home and it went under contract within a matter of weeks all while continuing to help us find our dream home. We met at numerous properties and while we were outbid on some, she never made us feel like we were a burden. She simply stated, “well guys, this wasn’t the one” and on to the next home we went. Once we did find “the one” she spoke with the selling agent numerous times and was able to negotiate an acceptable price. The best part of it all was that she was able to set up both closings (selling and buying) on the same day – even taking us to lunch in between- so that we were not out of a home during the transition.
